Shipping and Returns

Shipping: All the orders are shipped via Shiprocket from our warehouse in Delhi NCR. All orders are estimated to take around 5-10 days for delivery, based on recipient location.

To expedite any order please write to us at support@ekaviskin.com with the subject as “expedite order”. We would try our best to ensure an early delivery.

Return: Ekavi is a small self-funded company hard at work to bring the best to our community. All our products are handmade in small batches under supervision to maintain and deliver quality.

  • We are here to help make your experience better. An independent section of FAQ’S to guide you through selection is present on each product page along with full ingredient list. You can also write to us at support@ekaviskin.com for any product related queries or dm us on Instagram.
  • If you decide to cancel your order then please shoot us an email within 24 hours at support@ekaviskin.com with the subject as ‘cancel order’ and we will proceed with the same. A full refund will be initiated and amount will be refunded within 7-10 Working Days.
  • We would not be responsible for any damage after delivery of the product.
  • In case of any problems with the product quality we will try our best to justify the purchase. In this case please write to us at support@ekaviskin.com with the subject as ‘Problem with order’ and we will get back to you on this.
  • If there was some issue with the delivery and it has been set for return by the courier, for a wrong address or the customer not being present or a similar situation, we are liable to issue a refund only after we have received the product.
